I’ve been in a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure mood again, so I decided to look at all the leftover art from the CPS-III game.

A lot of what’s left is just unfinished versions of animations that were later finalized. Looking at Khan’s spinning sword attack for example, even though the finished version is in the game, an almost complete copy of the animation was leftover from when it was still under construction.

It’s always a treat to see Capcom’s pixel work before it gets finalized, especially in cases like this where they can be compared.
